Here's an example of the format the Firm might use to list its services and compensation:
Merchantbanking, Business, Legal and Financial Consulting and Program Management........basic hourly, plus costs and expenses with a success fee to reasonably and adequately compensate the firm for the benefits of the results obtained and the success achieved, all billed against a mutually agreed upon retainer.

Many of the services we offer require an initial interview before the firm is able to quote a fee.
